Vajra Sheng-Yuan fundraises for Save the Children

Recently, Vajra Sheng-Yuan visited the Save the Children offices in Hobart to pass on a cheque of $2,100. The Tasmanian director of Save the Children Australia, Lisa Curatt, represented the organisation to receive this donation.

The money was raised as part of his piano-a-thon which was undertaken for a school assignment. The piano-a-thon saw him field song requests from audience across the world and played them live, in sessions that were live-streamed on Youtube.

Save the Children Australia awarded a certificate of appreciation to Vajra Sheng-Yuan to express their gratitude and commendation for his contribution and efforts.
