UTAS Semester 1 Orientation 2018

A privilege for the Academy to be invited to the Orientation Day at the Hobart Campus of University of Tasmania on 19 February 2018. Apart from the lion dance, the Academy also performed blessing rituals of Purification, Prayer of Good Fortune, Dedication of Merits and the Lion Roar. Prior to the lion dance, Master Wang wished new and continuing students, a fruitful year of study ahead, and explained to students the significance of the Year of the Dog.

Thank you to Emma Atkinson, Orientation Leader for UTAS, as well as Siyuan Gu and Yiyi Zuo, the respective President and Vice-President of Chinese Students and Scholars Association Tasmanian Branch, for dotting the lion's eyes.
