The weeks leading up to the 2025 festive season was a very busy but rewarding period for the Academy. This year, we participated in the Hobart, Brighton, Oatlands and New Norfolk Christmas pageants, and even ventured north to George Town, on invitation, to join the locals at their parade.
Many followers from China, New Zealand, Indonesia and other Australian states travelled to Tasmania to partake, bringing their tribal performances to the streets of the Tasmanian cities.
We were even very lucky to walk away with a few prizes, including:
Runner up - Best Costumed, at the Hobart Christmas Pageant
Awarded "Most Likely to Make Santa Snort-Laugh Float" at Brighton Parade
Awarded "Most Entertaining Float" at George Town Parade.
Thank you to everyone who came to support us, we look forward to seeing you all again next year.
