Notice - 13th Academic Symposium

The 13th Annual Academic Symposium of Tasmanian Chinese Buddhist Academy of Australia will be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday, 19 June 2021, from 11 am to 3 pm AEDT.


The supreme and profoundly wondrous Dharma,

With great difficulty to chance upon across billions of kalpas,

I now may witness and uphold,

And vow to understand Tathagata’s true meaning.


The main themes of academic discussion for the 13th annual symposium are:

  1. Discuss in depth the philosophical inspiration and consideration for mankind brought upon by COVID-19.

  2. How can the Teaching Form and Yoga Form of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism be applied to explain and decipher various phenomena in quantum mechanics, such as quantum entanglement, so as to further progress quantum mechanics towards deeper development.

  3. Explore the relationship between the Teaching Form and Yoga Form of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism and the theory of quantum mechanics.

  4. Briefly discuss the profound and far-reaching spiritual value and practical significance of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism - Holy Tantra Gu Fan Mi Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism on the deeper development of contemporary quantum mechanics.

  5. How will Holy Tantra Practitioners study and practise the essential meditative practice qualities of a Holy Tantra Practitioner such as Teaching Form, Yoga Form, Precept Form and Perfection Form, along with purity, selflessness, self-subdued and diligent practice.

All friends and scholars within the Religion and within the School who have an interest in Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism - Holy Tantra Gu Fan Mi Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism are welcomed to submit articles. Practitioners are welcomed to actively submit manuscripts.

For articles written in Chinese, no less than 4000 characters. If possible, please include an English translation.


Articles written in all languages are welcomed, including Sanskrit, Pali, English, Islamic, Mongolian, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Vietnamese and Indonesian. Please attach an English translation.
