The Opening Ceremony of the 14th General Conference of World Buddhist Sangha Youth (WBSY) and Inauguration Ceremony of World United Buddhist Sangha Cultural Exchange Council (UBSC) was held at Central Provincial Council Auditorium in Kandy.
Master Wang, as President and Spiritual Leader of WBSY, and Lifetime President of UBSC, delivered an opening address to hundreds of Buddhists and laypeople in attendance.
